Joy Mann - Sales Representative

Joy has lived in three countries, three cities and five neighborhoods. She knows that moving is as much about finding the right house as it as about finding the right neighborhood. She knows about buying and selling in uncertain times, having bought in a high market in 1992, being forced to sell during a market low in 1994, then buying again in low in 1996 and managing to sell in high in 1998.

When she became a realtor in 1998, her clients learned quickly that with Joy they got the real deal and the whole deal: straight talk and the neighborhood lowdown. Her flexibility and adaptability have helped her work in real estate in areas that stretch from Mississauga to Scarborough, from downtown Toronto to Thornhill and Richmond Hill, Oak Ridges and King City. She has worked in challenging times and exciting times. Learning from exceptional colleagues, she has developed strategies for buying and selling homes in market peaks and slumps. But above all else, Joy values her relationships with clients, from whom she says she learns as much as from fellow agents. "I believe trust is the biggest thing in building rapport with a client. I am never too busy to answer a call or take a referral no matter how small or big the house.”
